IBS Trigger Foods
- Beans
- Sorbitol
- Carbonated drinks - increases bloating and gas
- High sugar levels, causes diarrhoea
- Caffeine and unfortunately
- Chocolate
Tolerated Foods
- Vegetables, eaten cooked not raw
- Fruits should be ripe - such as peeled apples, ripe bananas, grapefruits, nectarines and peaches.
