Irritable Bowel Syndrome affects as many as 1 in 5 people and is one of the most common gastroenterological conditions. Sporting Events and IBS

I read a great article about the Wimbledon and IBS the other day. Stress is definately a trigger for IBS.

For example, before I attend an interview or any public speaking event, I take my Digestrin tablet and practice breathing exercises to calm me down.
